French Data Protection Act / GDPR – Data

In accordance with the obligations laid down in the GDPR, the personal data which you communicate to us will only be used within the framework of the business relationship between you and Peppergreen (which publishes the Ironcards website). Your data will not be used for any purposes falling outside the scope of the requested service.

Data which have been unused for more than three years are regularly erased from our databases (at least once a year) or as per the terms and conditions explicitly defined for the service in question.

Users are hereby informed that, in accordance with Article 32 of the French Data Protection Act No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978, as amended, the information which they communicate via the forms on this website are necessary in order to respond to their requests and will be transmitted to Philippe Bisiaux, as the controller, for the purpose of the administrative and commercial management of the services used.

Users are likewise informed that they have a right of access, querying and rectification, under which they can have their personal data rectified, completed, updated, frozen or erased, as the case may be, if they are inaccurate, incomplete, ambiguous or out-of-date, or if their collection, use, communication or storage is prohibited.

Users are also informed that they have the right to data portability, allowing them to retrieve their personal data.

Lastly, users have the right to object to the processing of their data on legitimate grounds and the right to object to the use of those data for direct marketing purposes.
